Members of the Tradies Surf Stars were fortunate to take part in an exclusive training sessionwith the current Nutri-Grain Ironwoman Series Champion, Liz Pluimers, in Gunnamatta Bay last week. Based in Queensland, Liz was in Sydney for the Ohana Surf Classic, which was postponed over the weekend due to dangerous surf conditions. She made the most of her visit by sharing some of the secrets to her success with the eager group of sixteen young Shire life savers.
